'To Seek Brief Encounters' goes out of town!

I am beyond excited to share my recent adventure at the To & Fro exhibition, organised by the amazing Space Place Practice research collective, with the project To Seek Brief Encounters, Planned or Spontaneous. The event, held at the Bath Artists' Studios between the 25th and 31st of May, was a lively showcase featuring a mix of artworks and installations created by members of Space Place Practice.

To Seek Brief Encounters, was there as a Composed Space for story-sharing. This tiny Composed Space includes an interactive sound installation that simulates the challenges of communication in crowded spaces, which often arise due to sensory sensitivities and diversities. At the same time, it offers a space for peaceful conversation on the subject. The interactive AI system for this project was developed by Jwaad Hussain (Music Cognition Communication Lab, Middlesex University).

After an exciting and fulfilling week, we wrapped up the exhibition with a fantastic social event. It was so much fun hanging out with Space Place Practice old and new members who I didn't have the chance to meet before.

Big Thanks!

I have to give a HUGE shoutout to the Harbutt Fund donors and Bath Spa University for awarding me the Extra-curricular Activity Fund. Their support made it possible for me to participate in this exhibition and bring To Seek Brief Encounters to life once again.

I also want to say a big thank you to:
